回收： 指获得一企业的多数股权或控制股权，一般通过购买股票的方法来达成。回收有善意的，也有恶意的。依据潜在的回收者在市场上所买进的股票的多少，有时需要依据交易平台的规定，向其他持股人发出正式的回收要约。假如该潜在回收者（参见R人工智能DER）是恶意回收，回收目的（又称目的公司）可采取多种方案进行阻止（参见POISON PILL ）.
Takeover: The acquisition of a majority or controlling interest in a company, normally through the purchase of shares. A takeover may be friendly or hostile. Depending on how many shares a potential acquirer buys in the market; a formal offer to other shareholders1 may be required under stock exchange regulations. If this potential acquirer makes a hostile takeover bid, the takeover target could put into effect a variety of strategies aimed at fending2 off the attempt .
